Custom products, personal hygiene items, opened sealed goods and disposable products are not eligible for unreasonable return without quality issues.

3. Return Process
To apply for a return, please contact customer service with your order number and details to obtain return address and guidelines.

4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting returned items, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

5. Return Shipping Cost
Buyers are responsible for return shipping for non-defective items. We cover all shipping costs for defective, wrong or missing goods, with replacement or full refund provided.
